Tim Greer

I bring a wide range of skills and experience as a member of the Kotlarz Property Group at Keller Williams Realty. I am a graduate of the Boston College School of Management and a retired Marine Corps officer. In addition, I was a hi-tech Sr. Sales Executive for 20 years and entrepreneur in the restaurant sector for 14. This diverse background with broad business expertise led me to develop a "get it done" and "never quit" mentality. As a Buyer Consultant, I am committed to diligently guiding clients through the entire buying process with honesty and responsiveness while employing my strong negotiating skills to advocate on their behalf. Prior to my current role, I was the team's Transaction Manager, working closely with clients, agents, attorneys, and lenders to guarantee a smooth home closing process which provided me with practical experience in the real estate business. Throughout my career, my passion has always been coaching others to successfully achieve their personal goals. With each client, the aim is to always ensure the buying process is an educational, fun, stress-free and positive experience. On a personal note, I enjoy hiking, biking, reading, relaxing at the ocean, coaching youth sports, and most importantly, spending time with my family.
