Tim was our guide through a wild market. He counseled us wisely and helped us make sound decisions on numerous properties/offers. He is quick to respond to anything you send his way, and he does thorough research. He knows the region very well, and has a strong contacts (inspector, attorney, etc.), which was very helpful at various steps in the process. We ended up with a property that we are extremely excited about, and one that appraised much higher than we purchased it for, but it was a tricky road to get here, with multiple contingencies that dragged on for months.
