Tim was the best realtor we could have imagined working with. As first time home buyers, we knew little about the process, but Tim was very eager and willing to educate us every step of the way. For any house we were interested in, Tim set up a tour almost immediately and would provide us with any information on the property he obtained from the listing agent. When we planned to attend an open house, Tim would do whatever he could to be there, no matter the distance. When seeing a house, he taught us valuable skills on finding a home with good bones. Tim was our guide through a wild market. He counseled us wisely and helped us make sound decisions on numerous properties/offers. He is quick to respond to anything you send his way, and he does thorough research. He knows the region very well, and has a strong contacts (inspector, attorney, etc.), which was very helpful at various steps in the process. We ended up with a property that we are extremely excited about, and one that appraised much higher than we purchased it for, but it was a tricky road to get here, with multiple contingencies that dragged on for months. We couldnt have navigated the rollercoaster without Tim. We are very thankful for his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

We met Tim in March 2024 and he promised us he'd have us in our new home by July. We were a little surprised at his optimism given the state of the market, but he stuck to his promise and we actually closed on a house in May. Tim's expertise and attention to detail when viewing properties was immensely useful. We are new to the area and his expertise on towns and areas was a huge help. He has near encyclopedic knowledge of all types of roofs, windows, doors, HVAC systems, etc. that was so vital when deciding whether to make an offer or not. His skill and patience in negotiating and putting together our offers was always reassuring. More generally, Tim's genuine warmth, honesty, and professionalism is rare today.
