We have seen Tim Fiebigs advertisements around Castro Valley for years. Then we finally got to meet him on a personal level and really enjoyed his personality. He is a great guy. We decided to sell our house this year and Tim is the only person we thought of to sell our house. Tim met with us to discuss our options and to conduct a walkthrough of the house. We signed with Tim that day. It was a little over a month before the house went on the market. During that time Tim had the stager walkthrough with us and give us their plan for the staging. Tim was present for that walkthrough as well. We prepared the house for staging and as luck would have, we had to go out town for a couple of weeks. While we were out of town, the house was staged and went on the market a day or so later. Tim and his staff had gotten the word out prior to the house going on the market so when he held the open house that weekend, there were MANY potential buyers there to look at the house. Tim kept us informed while we were away about how things were going and even went back during the evenings to make sure the house was secure. Prior to our return home, which was the close of the offer period, Tim had our house cleaned as he felt it needed it after all the foot traffic. That was fantastic and extra special on his part and we greatly appreciated it.The house sold very quickly after the open houses for over the asking price and we believe it was all due to Tims professionalism and knowledge of the market.
