We were introduced to Tim via my relocation company in Oct 2017. He is so down to earth, knowledgeable, and super honest about homes and areas he showed us. Our budget is not high but he treats us like VIPs. When we ask about a particular home, he would find out all the information to let us make a decision. We are friendly but not exactly easily satisfied, but he is never too busy for us (and I know how busy he is!). We totally trust his opinion) to answer questions or see a place.He found a new build for us that we absolutely loved, and we were able to get under contract in the pre sale phase. Unfortunately it didn't work out due to delay in city permit for over a year; he checked with the builder almost every week on the status for us (without us asking). When we gave up on the house after over a year of waiting, he worked with us to cancel the contract right away. Even now, when he sees a place that might fit our needs, he sends it to us right away. He also makes recommendations on other things when we ask, from restaurants to financial advisors. We couldn't thank him enough for all that he has done for us for the past 18 months. It feels great to know someone really cares! I recommends him 100% if you need a best Realtor in the LA area.

We sought Tim out when we thought we were going to move from Whittier to Pasadena. We'd heard that he is "the best." He knew the area inside and out and showed us SO MANY homes in our price range and with the amenities we were looking for. But then we decided that we wanted to be closer to our family, so Claremont became our target location. After working with Tim, no other agent would do, so we wanted him to be our agent for the new search. Tim did thorough research on the area and was very patient with us until we found "the one." Tim is intelligent, knowledgeable personable, hardworking, and ethical. He's now the listing agent on our original home. He's put so much thought and creativity into marketing the home that we are confident that it will sell soon. We highly, highly recommend him.
