I was responsible for selling a hoarder house in Sacramento and also a cabin and two lots in Truckee. Tim helped me with the repairs and maintenance of the Sacramento house pending the sale. Tim worked with us on selling 2 properties. Tim is very professional and easy to talk to. He asked thoughtful questions about our goals and paid attention to the details. When it came time for him to offer his professional opinion on what we could do to best position ourselves in the market, he struck a nice balance of suggesting items that would maximize our ROI, while respecting what we were willing to invest in terms of time and money. I never felt any pressure to do anything. In the end we opted to invest in some small projects such as painting and repairs.
