ZillowVERIFIEDWe highly recommend Tim Comstock. Tim was an excellent Realtor for us as sellers of a condominium in Sacramento. When meeting Tim for the first time, he showed up fully prepared with a market analysis including comps for our type of property and a detailed marketing plan. He looked around the property and immediately provided us with recommendations as to what fix-up work we should and should not have done to prepare the home for listing, and he had qualified people (painter, handyman, stager, etc.) available to work on short notice. We used his recommended people, and were very happy with the quality of their work, timeliness, and cost. Tim arranged for necessary meetings with people from the HOA and made sure we quickly met all requirements to be in compliance with HOA procedures around a sale. Tim was excellent at communicating with us throughout the process, and guiding us as to what to expect when. The net result was that we sold the property at a price we were more than happy with, and the whole process from our initial conversation with Tim to close of escrow was lightening fast, in just under 8 weeks.
