I worked with Erin Armentrout (Nest Realty, Greater Augusta "A Team") both as a buyer's agent and the experience was so great I took her on as my seller's agent to sell our previous home after we moved. My wife and I were looking for a house to move for SEVERAL YEARS. Erin never gave up on us, was patient and always there for us as she lined up schedules for us to have showings at many houses off and on, year, after year, after year, commenting simply "the right house will come along eventually!" Our quest for a house "upgrade" for our family began in 2017 and we closed in 2023 finally finding a house my wife and I both loved (we were very picky buyers). The experience only gets better. We had a house to sell now at this point (the one we moved from), and I ask her about being our seller's agent. She offers us two options--selling the house as is for one listing price she recommends, or have the upstairs painted and list it for a good bit more money--easily enough more to sell for a lot more than it cost to have the upstairs painted, so we went that route and the house went under contract within a week of listing it and we got slightly OVER the listing price for it. As we were getting the place ready to list for sale, she and her dad (also a real estate agent) and her mom helped us clean up the house at no extra cost. Her mother, a retired banker, has an incredible talent for staging houses, so they offered to stage our house at no additional cost. Something about her family working together in the real estate business is just so charming and wholesome. Great experiences through and through! If you get Erin Armentrout as your agent, you can be assured of absolute competence and incredible generosity. She also communicates very well, and sometimes I legit felt like for all the time she put in to respond to me (I was a needy client), it felt like I was the only one she had. All around, it's kind of unbelievable how good Erin is at what she does. Erin and her dad's label under Nest Realty, Greater Augusta region is "The A Team", and if you didn't know any better, you might think their "brand name" seems a bit pretentious. It is not.
