We had Tillie as our realtor. She was great. She above and beyond for us to help us find our home. We moved from Texas back to NC to be close to family and husband's new job. As my realtor, she helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was very patient as I traveled from Raleigh over several months. Let me begin with disclosing that we were out of state California buyers and we had a significant learning curve on how different it was to buy a home in NC and we had to acclimate to the different styles homes. We had purchased many homes in our years but this purchase had some challenges. Tillie was extremely patient with us as we found ourselves to be fairly difficult buyers. Tillie communicated extremely well with us given that I prefer very little communication but my significant other prefers a lot of day-to-day communication. I am sure there were times that we drove Tillie crazy having to switch back and forth with our contrasting styles. nevertheless, she stuck with us through all our learning curves and adapted to both of our communication styles. Most agents would have failed miserably and I am sure we would have had to switch agents a few times during this process. Given our distance Tille did an amazing job with the virtual tours and helped us navigate through inspections with minimal costs. As we began to place bids on homes Tilles was well informed and it was extremely apparent that she had our backs to ensure that we got the most value for our time and money. So, if you want fly by night agent, pick someone else. If your looking for someone who sincerely loves her job, wants the best for her clients, and will not hesitate to go the extra mile....you must pick Tillie Hall! She is AMAZING
