We were first time home buyers so we did not understand any of the lingo/terms etc. This whole process was so overwhelming however Tiffany made this experience a whole lot better. She explained everything to me multiple times because I was so confused. She fought for us to get the home we wanted (it was not easy and she could of said this house will not work out for you guys but she didn't) and she has connections to different counties which was great for us. We bought our home in Madera county and she called up her gal and made this house happen. IDK how but we got the very last appointment to view the home on 4th of July.
