Moving from Oregon to PA, during a pandemic, with limited options and limited timeline, was an incredible challenge. We worked with Tiffany in buying a home that will be our retirement home when we move back to Pennsylvania with the added challenge being that we are currently living in Mississippi. We saw the property when we were up visiting family and on short notice Tiffany was able to get us into the property which required coordinating that with the seller who had to be present for any showings. We wanted to do another walkdown the following day before we flew home and Tiffany quickly pulled that together as well. As we moved through the buying process towards closing, Tiffany was there every step of the way. She provided a list of vetted professionals in the area, helped coordinate communications between the seller, the closing attorneys, the lender and most importantly, my wife and I throughout the entire process. A hiccup on closing day could have derailed things but Tiffany helped navigate through that and we closed smoothly. Having moved a number of times over the past 40 years and dealt with a lot of agents over that time I can honestly say that Tiffany is in a very small group of agents that knows the business, enjoys what she does and is focused on making sure that the people she works with have a positive experience. She will get the job done and show that she values the outcome more than the commission . . . something you rarely find with most real estate agents.
