1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
When searching for a home, make sure your agent has pulled all information including disclosures on the property so you can check age of roof, whether there has been foundation repairs or claims on the property, etc. prior to making an offer.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Don't leave money on the table. Make sure the agent you choose is experienced in pricing and selling homes. You don't want to hire the agent that will just list it and keep reducing it. Pick someone that will showcase it the best and price it correctly to generate the MOST activity.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with clients from many backgrounds and stages in their lives, from first time buyers to retired empty nesters and anyone in between.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I enjoy everyone that I work with. I feel it is best early on to recognize if it's a good fit at the beginning. I'm told throughout the process how smooth things are going and my clients are always smiling at the closing table.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have 15 years of experience as a licensed Realtor. Before this, I was on the lending side.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Aside from continuing education and earned, specialty designations, I feel my experience level and closing over 350 transactions over the past few years benefit my clients the most.
