We are a generational first responder family and with that comes the knowledge of what it takes to make life and family work as first responders. That's $1000 each sell and each buy. $500 will go to your local union or rural fire department and $500 towards your personal closing costs. For non fire families I will donate $500 to your local fire department union that services the property or rural fire department.
