Because I live in Georgia, it was no easy request for her to find the right house for me long distance. She did and I could not be more thrilled! It was helpful that she grew up in Eugene and "in the business". She knows builders, neighborhoods and the community as a whole. Tiffany was dedicated to finding the right situation to meet my needs as I am moving to be close to my son and his family. She was sensitive to my needs as I will be working once I get settled, my desire to be in a comfortable neighborhood and my interest to be a part of the community. Her many years as a Realtor offered invaluable knowledge and experience from making a selection on a house, to making an offer, signing a contract and to closing the purchase. Just as important, because of Tiffany's respect and consideration for all parties involved, I feel like she facilitated and nurtured a good working relationship with the other agent and the seller creating an optimal transition for all. It has been almost two months now since my closing, Tiffany and I are still in contact as she is a resource for me to find a job, offering decorating input (she has an Interior Designer background, too) and anticipating making my new house a home. She is truly a gift to me!
