She said, "Let me make a few calls to see if I can arrange a showing this afternoon." By the end of the next day we had an offer submitted, and by the end of the next week, we were under contract. Throughout the entire process, Tessa was knowledgeable, responsive, and so very easy to work with. We've been in the house now for about 6 months, and the whole family loves living here. I rather hope I never have to go through this process again, but if I did, Tessa would be the one I would call. She's amazing!

When we decided to move closer to family, we contacted Tiffany to not only help us find a house but to also sell our home. Trying select just 1 offer from 7 was overwhelming initially. Three offers appeared equal. However, Tiffany called all three parties and gathered more information, helping us pick one buyer. Her efforts made our decision so much easier. And we were able to buy another house the same day! Tiffany strives to meet her customer's expectations, through realistic feedback and suggestions, possible opportunities and professional contacts to aid various stages of prep, staging, negotiations and completed transaction. Typically, I rarely provide top marks on reviews because of my analytical mind "There is always room for improvement."
