Erica Watry-Smedema from Tiffany Holtz group helped my family sell my uncles house after he passed away. Erica was very patient and thorough and kept me informed every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable about the market and knew that we had a difficult journey getting ready to let the house go. When we were finally ready to pull the trigger it happened very fast, due to the fact that she knew the market and what we should have done before listing. My uncles house was on the market a day and a half, got 8 offers and Erica walked me through each offer, gave me the pros and cons of each one. We ended up getting just over $33,000 over asking price.
