If you are searching for a real estate broker in Myrtle Beach SC look no further than Tiffany & Frank Hereda. I was a babe in the woods as to this condo market in Myrtle since I'm from Maryland. I had seen a nice property at the Palms Resort on line and peaked my interest.The 1st agent I contacted and answered the phone was nice ...but just a aEURoetypical aEURoe agent that said she could get me in to see the property....another 24 hours...couldnt answer my questions on rental issues...and knew very little about this area of town. At the same time I had contacted and left a voicemail with another agent (Frank) who got back to me within the hour. I was blown away with his knowledge of the area and how rentals are set up here. In fact...within the next hour I was in that unit! This isnt even the best part...I'm getting to that! Something not normal with agents...he was pointing out any negative sides to this condo...wasnt trying to sell me to get a quick deal. I did like the unit and we developed a negotiation strategy based on facts. A long story short the negotiations went well...we needed certain things fixed and Frank was there the entire time letting contractors in and keeping me 100% informed since I'm in Maryland. Tiffany handles all the admin transactions & interactions with inspectors/lawyers/insurance companies. Always quick to respond she made that aspect of the purchase seamless.I cant thank these folks enough for making me comfortable that I have purchased a beautiful home at an extremely reasonable price. Franks contacts for repair & service are reasonable & great people! In my opinion if you are purchasing or selling property in this area you are making a big mistake if you dont contact these folks. Too many people these days take advantage of others...these folks wont!!
