Mike sold our home in Bracey. We built this home ourselves and had an emotional attachment to it. It was a very tough decision and to top it off we had moved to TX 3 years ago. Handling a long distance sale we thought would be huge problem. Mike made it very simple. We had gotten a couple opinions from local realtors on the value of the house. They were all originally lower than we wanted but pretty consistent. We chose Mike because he was in Bracey and we felt the other realtors werent quite as familiar with that side of the lake. My wife and I flew up for a few days at Easter to empty the house as best we could and meet with Mike. He walked through the house and kept telling us how nice it was and that he couldnt see listing it for as little as he and the others originally thought. He assured us he would finish cleaning it up and stage it and wed get a better price. He came through on everything he said hed do and for minimal costs we sold the house for considerably more than we first expected. The house sod in a month. Mike told us not to worry about anything until he told us too. This was not easy when the first closing date was missed but in the end Mike came through for us and made everything really simple for us. Being over 1000 miles away we relied on him for everything and he came through for us with flying colors. I wouldnt hesitate to use him again.
