STOP LOOKING! Congratulations, you have found your agent! We randomly hit the agent request button when looking at a home for sale, way before we were even ready to list one Sunday afternoon. Almost immediately we received a call from Tiffany, (on a Sunday afternoon mind you). That was a window into her tenacity, she will go to work for you day and night and do it with a smile!Several months passed from that first call, till we were ready to list. Even though we did not sign paperwork with her till right before listing, she helped walk us through the whole process and what we needed to do and what to expect and/or look for. Keep in mind, at that time we were just strangers shes never met, not even clients of hers. When we tried selling our home privately, she offered to do the contract and paperwork for us. After trying to do a private sale, to maybe sell under value and still make more after avoiding the listing fees, we invited her over to view the property and meet in person before entering a contract with her. We had a wonderful visit and she look at our home and then gave us her estimated sales range. This was August of 2021, so you know the market was red hot, but I still thought she was just throwing crazy numbers at us to entice us. I remained, um, very skeptical....but we felt good with her after meeting with her and we signed that night and listed the next day (she was pretty confident and already had the paperwork drawn up, she is/was prepared for everything like that). Listed Monday afternoon, did showings by appointment all week and accepted an offer that Sunday for well over what I thought was the best case scenario (even in the hot market). She got us an offer at the very tippity top of her original range, the one I thought was very unrealistic just a week prior. We also made more after paying the listing fees, than we would have on a private sale. We literally made more money by trusting in her, than we would have with a private sale! That alone should be more than enough for the skeptics, but wait, theres more! She knows many of the other agents and maintains (from what we could tell and witness) a courteous and professional working relationship with them. So in addition to sale of our home, we were also looking at new homes. Of the homes we looked at and were interested in, she held a good relationship with the listing agent. That courteous and professional working relationship with other listing agents proved to be as invaluable to us as it sounds, as she was able to get us into the home we landed on in the first try and negotiated all the appropriate timelines for closing and moves for each party. She protected us in the sale, protected us in the purchase. She followed up with that by reaching out to us every day along the way to reassure and update us on where we were in the process on both fronts. She has just simply gone above and beyond our expectations, Im confident she will work just as hard for you!
