This was my second time working with Tia since 2020, and it was very comforting selling my house and already knowing who my agent would be. I never had a moment's hesitation. What separates Tia from others in her industry is her communication. We made decisions in an expeditious manner and were in touch every time there was an issue to discuss. It never takes her long to respond to any question or issue. That was all on Tia's initiative: because I live out of state I had to trust her to handle basically everything. I first contacted her on January 7th, and the process was completed and the house sold Feb 28th. I couldn't have been happier with the way things turned out, and that would not have happened without her. I couldn't have lucked out more when I chose a real estate agent in 2020; of course she will be my agent when I am in the market again, and I recommend her to all family and friends in Florida. Highest and most enthusiastic recommendation.
