Who knew answering a cold-call would be so serendipitous? When selling my first home I chose Thuy Tran as my realtor. I interviewed three groups of realtors (I wanted to do my due diligence), and chose Thuy over others, even some with decades of experience. Why? I found Thuy to be kind, informative, thorough, patient, and authentic. She understood the housing market, the marketing required, and had a good feel for the housing comps in my area. It was clear she did her due diligence, as well. Moreover, my house wasn't just another payday - at least it never felt that way. Also, I tend to get worried and overwhelmed and Thuy was always responsive, flexible, and able to talk me down. She is calm, knowledgeable, and her care for me, my well-being, what is best for selling my first house, and what I cared about was evident. Thuy was never pushy or heavy handed, but was always willing to help wherever possible - even finding new homes for my appliances. I know I wasn't the easiest of clients - nit-picky first time home seller, I was worried about the process, the outlay of cash required to refresh the house, not to mention the contracts and paperwork was just irritating. Then my Dad passed away just before I went looking for a realtor. It all got the best of me, but Thuy knew where I was coming from and made it all appear seamless and OK. Thuy says what she's going to do, and then does it. She is easy to work with. The other thing I really liked about Thuy was that she was CURIOUS about what mattered to me and then made sure that was taken care of or addressed.
