So this has been a long time coming for this review. I really had to sit back and figure out what to write about a Realtor that I am so happy became part of this journey of buying another home for my daughter and I, and this is what I came up with. Elle was the reason why my move back to Texas went so smoothly in every way. This young woman took the time to go to I don't even know how many homes to take videos and pictures for me and send them to me while I was still in Connecticut. I trusted her in every way to find a home without me even seeing it and I am so glad that I did. I put an offer in on a home with her advice to do it right away and I could not have asked for a better place to call my own. If you are blessed to call Elle your realtor I know she will not disappoint even a tiny bit. If I could rate Elle any higher you better believe that I would. Kathy has been the best agent I have ever had. Elle is a total Pro! My husband and I attempted to find a rental home with other real estate agents and even on our own with absolutely no luck. We lost out on 5 homes for various reasons before we met Elle. She was always on time for any appointments we set up, would add last minute homes to our search the day of if we asked, communicated with us day or night, sent us listings that we could not access on our own, and never grew tired of our search for our "perfect" home. In the craziness that is the housing market in 2022 Houston, Elle found us our new home in the exact style we wanted and the exact area we asked for. She handled everything with the other realtor from start to finish, continued to contact us after the lease was signed to make sure we were okay, and whenever we had questions or concerns was always available. Nhu is very good at what she is doing. Not only was she responsive to all our questions and concerns but she was knowledgeable in housing market. She was able to take her time to show us a few homes while we were visiting Houston. She helped us put in an offer that the seller was willing to agree to and was able to negotiate a better deal for us at the end. The whole buying process was so easy !
