Thomas R. Wilkins, CCIM, CRB, GRI, is the CEO of and Broker of Record for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates and CEO of NEPA Management, with corporate offices located at the Business Campus 7164 Route 209, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Mr. Wilkins is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Real Estate Broker (multi-license), land licensed in the state of NJ and NY. Mr. Wilkins has been involved in the Real Estate industry as an Investor, Real Estate Assoc Sales Manager, Consultant and Property Manager for the past thirty years. A native of the Pocono Mtns, Thomas R. Wilkins is a member of the Pa Assoc of Realtors, Pocono Mountain Assoc. of Realtors, National Assoc of Realtors, Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau, Employees Relocation Committee, Lehigh Valley Assoc. of Realtors, Scranton Assoc of Realtors, Carbon County Assoc of Realtors and the Pike Wayne Assoc. of Realtors. Mr. Wilkins has been published or quoted in such trade magazines or blogs as RIS Media Real Estate, Inman News, LORE Magazine, Zwire.com, Northeast PA Business Journal, Pocono Business Journal Online and PAR Real Estate Magazine and other on line and written publications. In 1988 he founded Wilkins & Assocs Real Estate, Inc.; in twenty-two years the firm has grown to over 110 Realtor Associates and has become one of Northeast PAs largest Independent Real Estate companies. In June 2008 they became the first Better Homes and Gardens Realtors in the Realogy family of companies.
