He is a very nice guy, casual and not pushy or high pressure like our California realtor! My husband had his heart set on Southwest Florida and I just happen to have good professional connections here! So we ended up buying a house in the port Charlotte/ Punta Gorda area! Tom is a good listener and managed to give us both what we were looking for within our budget! He has given us some great referrals for help with updating our new house!
