Wed met and corresponded with two other realtors but hadnt felt fully confident about them. Since this was our first time buying a home, we wanted to make sure we were in very good hands. As it turns out, we too cant recommend Carmen (and Ben and Tom) highly enough! Carmen was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She got back to us quickly via email and phone, addressing all the questions of two people who had never gone through the house-buying process before.
