1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Work with a buyer's agent, get pre-approved for a mortgage visit a lot of property
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Prepare your home for sale, have a home inspector inspect your home and resolve as many of the repair items as you can before listing your home. Remove clutter, take down as many personal items as you can, paint neutral colors and enhance the curb appeal by staying on top of the landscaping. Do your research on agents and review their recommendations and standing with the Department of Consumer Protection. An experienced agent will save you a lot of headaches with your purchase or sale.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A young man Navy veteran and his family were relocating to Connecticut from California for a new job. The family had no money to travel to Connecticut to view homes so my team and I traveled to several homes located in a wide area within Connecticut that the family had picked out for us to preview and video tape for them. The family closed on their home and the home couldn't have been more perfect for the family. The family used our teams recommended lender and used a VA loan to purchase the home and they only had to bring $0.09 to the closing table!

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a home improvement contractor's license in the State of Connecticut, I spent several years as a mortgage loan officer, I spent several years working in advertising, I have 20 years experience working as an assistant to a top producing real estate agent and we have sold over 790 homes, I owned a commercial property maintenance company for 12 years.
