Tom was an excellent agent. The entire process from initial walk-through of the property with him, until the purchasers final walk-through at closing went very smoothly. From the time of my initial meeting with Tom until a contract for the property was delivered was about 2 1/2 weeks, with closing occurring three weeks thereafter. We agreed on the listing price at a level to encourage buyer activity and the contract was in excess of the list price. This was one of the most professionally handled processes I have had the privilege to be involved with and I have bought/sold over a dozen homes.
