I am also a CIAS Certified Investor Agent Specialist so I work with million dollar plus clients to flippers first time home buyers and people moving up or down sizing
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I helped this couple find a Lot to build there forever home on That was cool to see the excitement in there whole family. The whole family Mother's Fathers grandparents There were like 15 of them there to look at dirt.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I come from the construction field Real Estate was a good fit for me
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a CBC Certified Building Contractor License in Florida and that helps with figuring costs for changes or projects
