Tommy and Lisa are amazing! I found them from reading many reviews like this one and I have to say that I agree with all the positive reviewers who have already posted. They went over so much during the initial consult and answered all of my questions about both buying and selling. This was essential for me since I am not an expert in this area and needed agents who could explain the process to me. I had a very specific area in mind for where I wanted to buy and they knew exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured to consider houses that weren't the right fit. They arranged visits to properties quickly which is so important now during COVID since sellers can't have open houses. When it came time to put my house on the market, they arranged to have it professionally staged and photographed. If you want your house to stand out from all the other listings, these are your agents! The photographs looked AMAZING. I didn't think staging was necessary when we started but I now understand that it makes a world of difference. I received multiple offers and accepted within less than 5 days. When a house I wanted came back on the market and I was ready to make the offer, they put together the offer and sent it over within just a couple of hours. Their quickness to respond and move things along was exactly what I needed. They were always responsive to everything throughout the process- from questions to concerns to scheduling to whatever. Buying and selling is a stressful process- these are great agents who will help you get through it and get you where you want to be.
