Tom is by far the friendliest and most helpful real estate agent I have ever worked with. His knowledge of the area he serves is incredible and his work ethic is commendable. When I had questions about the place he would work until he got me an answer or could put me in touch with someone who could answer my question. Another point in Tom's favor is that, although the place we were looking at was relatively inexpensive, he didn't try to upsell us but he did have a list of similar properties we could look at if things didn't work out. When it came to the paperwork he had all his ducks in a row, we had everything signed and done in 5 minutes. Working with Tom was by far the best experience with a real estate agent I've ever had.
