Cowboy and Josh were available around the clock and even sent video updates of the construction progress. I was expecting the whole process to be stressful but it was not the case with these guys. They would reach out to me instead of vice versa. I knew they had it handled and they didnt leave me with much to ponder. This is my fourth home, and I have to say the process doesnt get any easier than Good Time Tommy!

He worked beyond overtime to help us not only find a builder and lot but was with us every step of the way while picking out stuff for the house, meeting with builder to making a stop over at the house (w/ his wife who is also an awesome realtor and extremely helpful as well) to drop off a very generous gift after we got settled in. Trust me, he will go above and beyond. Not to mention, he will always treat you as if you are his most important client that he will ever have. A true 1st class, VIP experience.
