1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The perfect home always presents itself to you when the time is right. When it presents itself to you, take action on it quickly before someone else does.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
A clean and well kept home will always sell when priced right.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
People buying their first home, people moving up or down to another home, people buying and/or selling a home as a result of family size decreasing or increasing, and even situations such as divorce and death(probate). I even help corporations buy and sell real estate.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently I sold a house for a young couple moving from Austin, TX to Los Angeles, CA as a result of their job transfer. They spent a short time in Los Angeles and decided that they really missed Texas and decided to head back home. I recently helped them buy a brand new home of their dreams and they are elated to once again call Texas home.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
In 1984, recently after graduating from Marshall University, I moved to Austin. A good friend of mine was in the real estate business and told me what fun it was to help people fulfill their dream of home ownership. I took classes, secured my real estate license and the rest is history. I love helping people with their real estate buying, selling and leasing needs.

I have secured the following professional designations which required in-depth study and testing to secure:
ABR(Accredited Buyer Representative), CPRES(Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist), CRS(Certified Residential Specialist), GRI(Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute), GREEN(Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Housing), SRES(Seniors Real Estate Specialist), SRS(Seller's Representative Specialist)
