Therese Swan is the best realtor in the world! and I mean it!I used her services to sell my condo.I was a little concerned that a successful realtor like Therese would nothave the time to spend on the sale. Boy was I wrong!Therese is a very hard worker!She mananged the whole thing beautifully.First, she advised me on things that needed to be fixed up to get a good price,and took the responsibility of making sure they got done. It was more than I would have done myself, so I was a little worried. But it really paid off.Then she held open houses every weekend until it was sold.She got me a great deal! and very quickly! I couldn't be happier.Perhaps more importantly, there were some structural defects with the condo that I was unaware of. There were also many problems with the HOA fees. The buyer was very upset becausealthough I did not know of these problems, I should have known. However, Therese had all of my bases covered! She really crossed her t's and dotted her i's andI believe it was her due dilligence that saved a very expensive lawsuit.I used to think that realtors were just good for advertising a property.I came away with a totally different frame of mind.
