ZillowVERIFIEDI will start by saying, I am no stranger to the home buying process. I was prepared for the worst especially in this market and ended up with the best home buying experience!Cons: Me!! Let me be honest about it! I didnt have a clue what I wanted nor the area I wanted retire in. I gave her very little to go on. I mean very little! All I was for sure of was this is my 4th home and Ive wasted enough time and money on houses that didnt feel like home! I literally asked her to find me a sturdy house in a low/no crime area and off she went into space! Pros: She took the time to get to know me. She asked all the right questions to narrow down my blanket search (I know you guys are thinking thats her job)..Trust me when I say, she went above and beyond the aEURoejobaEUR?! I should add I have little to no patience and I didnt want to visit 100 homes! Three homes later, her driving countless hours (without me) to visit unknown areas she located my home! Not only did she locate my new home she took the time to answer questions pertaining to selling one of my homes (no, she wasnt hired to do so..I just didnt have a clue).If I have to do it all over again, shes my lady! To sum it up..she is professional, patient, knowledgeable and dedicated! Forever grateful for her and her dedication to helping me locate home!!
