Theresa Olson

This is the second time I've used Theresa O as my realtor both as a buyer and recently as the seller. She is amazing and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else in the Tri- City area for my realty needs. She got me OVER asking for my home during the stressful Holiday time. She is a joy to work with and takes all the stress and frustration out of the home buying/selling experience. Best there is!

The real estate market being as ludicrous as it's been lately, buying a house was a very difficult and frustrating experience, especially given that we had a very specific need for a home with an apartment/mother-in-law suite or a floor plan that could be divided. But Theresa was tireless in her efforts and went above and beyond, showing us some 200 homes over the course of a year and writing 16 offers before we finally won the bid on a 70s ranch with a walk-out basement apartment. In addition to working so hard for us, Theresa did it with a smile and a great sense of humor and kept my spirits up whenever I thought it was an impossible task to find what we needed. We would definitely use her again if the need arises.

My husband and I were thrilled to have had such a great team of people behind us ensuring our home building experience went as smooth as possible. Theresa Olson was there for us throughout the process and was able to calm my fears and anxieties at times I didn't understand things such as inspections and appraisals and all those documents we had to sign! She advocated for us to make sure our new home we were building was completed well and encouraged us when there were common and frustrating delays related to things out of the builders control as well. She was skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced in her field. We are happy to say that now living in our beautiful home, Theresa is a welcomed friend, not just our realtor.

She was very knowable about the area, neighborhoods and builders, which was extremely helpful coming from out of state. She always responded to emails and texts promptly and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. Not only is she good at what she does, she is also a lot of fun to work with. Theresa was an amazing realtor that I'd highly recommend! She was knowledgable and gave me honest advice. I had to find a home quickly as I was moving for work and she helped me find a home in a hot market. She even did virtual facetime tours of homes since I was moving out of state and invited my family who are local to see it in person to help me. As a working professional that started a new job it was hard to balance the move but Theresa made it easy with her responsiveness, she responded quickly and was willing to talk in the evenings when I was done with work or on weekends.

Theresa was an amazing realtor for us, both when we bought and when we sold our house. She made the buying process smooth and understandable for us, as we were first-time buyers. She connected us with an inspector and negotiated with the seller's realtor on our behalf. She advocated for what we asked for with a no-nonsense attitude that we deeply appreciated. When we decided to sell recently, we reached out to her immediately given our past experience and relationship. She provided the same quality service and helped us to understand what would be expected of us as sellers. She helped us stage our home and set us up with a professional photographer for the listing images. She helped us negotiate between offers until we settled on one to accept, and supported us through the process of communicating with the buyer's realtor to set up the inspections and eventually the final closing. She has been an amazing support to us, and though we initially met her from a professional standpoint, we honestly consider her now as a good friend.
