Theresa did an amazing job taking photos and promoting the sale of my home, advertising on multiple media venues, placing a yard sign/ flag and having an open house within 2 days of listing my home on the market. She made sure she was available when the offer was presented, when contractors needed to be onsite and she delivered and updated all paperwork timely.
