Theresa has been a life saver for us when buying our new home and selling our old home. She has walked us through every step of the way from beginning to end. She has thought of getting outside pics of our home the day before a snow storm was about to hit. She reminded us to call utility companies by closing date so we would continue to have water, electricity ,etc. and texted me the phone numbers to do so. When I would ask questions about things her reply was often, "I took care of that for you already." Her knowledge of our local area is strong since she has been a resident here for her entire life.
