Theresa did an amazing job of helping us find and negotiate the purchase of our Villa in Venice. This was the most seamless transaction we've ever done. She made it so easy, as we are out of state buyers. She helped us through the entire process including being there for the inspection. She also helped us secure homeowners insurance, talked to the HOA on our behalf to get some clarification, and interacted with the title company. It absolutely could not have been easier. I accidentally met Theresa online while trying to view a house on Zillow. She called back and asked our (husband and self) preferences - builder, community, price range, etc. She sent us homes to view online and within days we put a bid on a house. Since we live up north, she facetimed us and brought us through the house, commenting on the construction, size of the rooms and the community. She led us through the process for purchasing and after the sale, was still available to talk to regarding vendors, handymen and places to shop to furnish our home. She even went to the home and closed our shutters because I had an eye injury that prevented me from driving to Florida. She was respectful, knowledgeable, conversant and always honest when we asked her questions. I could not have had a better experience with a realtor!!
