I accidentally met Theresa online while trying to view a house on Zillow. She called back and asked our (husband and self) preferences - builder, community, price range, etc. She sent us homes to view online and within days we put a bid on a house. Since we live up north, she facetimed us and brought us through the house, commenting on the construction, size of the rooms and the community. She led us through the process for purchasing and after the sale, was still available to talk to regarding vendors, handymen and places to shop to furnish our home. She even went to the home and closed our shutters because I had an eye injury that prevented me from driving to Florida.
