"If there were a way, I would give Theresa 10 stars. She was absolutely wonderful, patient, accommodating, and professional. A pleasure to work with. She drove miles to find my husband and I the right home for us. It was not easy but she never once complained about the amount of time on the road going from one property to another and always took the time to find ones to look at that were exactly what we were looking for. We gave her a price range and a list of requirements and she ran with it. Very impressed and in the end, we got everything we were looking for."

We have lived in Southern New Hampshire for quite some time so have made several real estate transactions over the years. We were lucky enough to find a home listed by Theresa some time ago which proved to be a smooth transaction. We were young and new to real estate dealings. Buying a home is complicated and even a bit intimidating - but I had a sense of Theresa taking me under her wing . There was never any doubt she was looking out for our best interest. Because of this positive experience, when it was time to sell some property, we naturally called on Theresa. Her research and proposals to be sure the property was appropriately priced was exceptionally comprehensive . Just this past November, 2020, we were in a position to sell estate property. As many are aware, the real estate market during these times is extremely complicated. I was completely confident that Theresa had a genuine understanding of the market. She had us aligned to sell the property with assurance that it was a successful and profitable transaction. Buying or selling, I would not hesitate to use Theresa again.
