We?ve had such a great experience with Ted. He is friendly, easily approachable, honest, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, helpful and guided us throughout the process of buying our house. Ted was incredible throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help up us find a home that fits our criteria and budget. We were moving from NY and only had the weekends available to visit the listings. So we would visit 7 to 8 houses on Saturdays. He did not push for us to buy the first Ok home we found so he could close the deal and get his commission. On the contrary he researched each and every listing and gave us an honest opinion about the location, the state of the home etc... We also brought along our 3 years old daughter each time and through the fussing and typical toddler stuff, Ted remained professional and understanding. His most appreciated help was with the mortgage company. He never stopped advocating for us when we felt overwhelmed with the process. On top of that he negotiated appliances from the seller that were not originally included in the listing. And he got us a house warming gift. I am a tough grader and Ted deserves every star i gave him on this review.
