Once we have decided in which construction, plan and elevation, she explained the requirements and the steps on initiating the process. During the construction phase, she constantly stayed in touch with us on the progress and definitely contacted us when there was a delay or a problem during construction. She helped us with all the paper work that needed to be filled out to avoid any delays. She also explained to us about the contracts we were not familiar with.
