What clients say about this agent....
Andra is a rockstar and utterly amazing! Id recommend more than 5 stars if I could. She went above and beyond to get our condo sold. She was always available when we had questions, comments or concerns and took care of every one of them. She is very knowledgeable and a go getter! She will get it done, expeditiously and professionally. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and Id recommend her to anyone
I can't thank Andra enough for all her guidance during the process of purchasing our home and transition to a new state. She's friendly, honest, smart, quickly responsive and most importantly she's a very good human being! Having to do a large part of this process while being in another state, I felt confident knowing she was by our side to help us. No matter how minuscule I thought my question was, she was there to answer it, judgement free. Not only were we lucky enough to have a realtor who is truly at the top of their game, but I'd like to think we also made a nice friend along the way.
Horrible experience buying our first house with them. One of their agents was connected to us by Zillow. Being a first-time homebuyer, we were not sure about the whole process so just went with whatever Zillow recommended us without digging asking about the experience and reviewing their expertise. We should have done our due diligence. At first the realtor was very responsive. We liked a house that we saw on Zillow, he was quick in contacting with the sellers agent and getting us a showing of the house. We liked some aspects of the house, and we did not like others, and we honestly told our realtor about it. He assured that he will help us all the way through the process and most of our concerns are minor and are easily fixable. So, we arranged for finance paperwork through the lender recommended by him. He also arranged for a house inspection, which went fine. There were a lot of issues in the house inspection report which I shared with my realtor, and I believe he spoke with seller's agent and came with just one repair that the sellers had to make for us to move ahead. One of the MAJOR things that I noticed was the date of possession was changed after initial signing of the purchase agreement. It was 10 days after closing. When I contacted my realtor about it. He said its common, sellers are finalizing the purchase of another house and I can safely sign the amendment. So, trusting him I signed it. The realtor was very responsive till this time, after that he was very hard to get hold off. Whenever we get to speak with him, he would usually say that he is tired and has been working long hours aEUR" as if that will help my cause!!After this it was me who was coordinating between 3 different parties on my own aEUR" Closing agent, Mortgage lender and the Title company to see us rest of the way trough. He was nowhere to be find during this time. Even on the final walkthrough, he said he was very tired and cannot wait to get back home and sleep aEUR" I asked him so many questions about the house during the final walkthrough for some of them he did provide the answer right away, but for majority of them he said he will contact the sellers and let us know aEUR" I still dont have answers to them aEUR" this is 5 months after the closing!! On the day of the closing, the realtor was not present, I asked him to be present aEUR" he said that he will not be available as this is something that is between me and the title company! Which was weird to me based on what I had learnt about the process from others. After the closing, we waited for 10 days for possession. On the day of the possession, he met with us at the house to give us one set of keys in the afternoon and said that the sellers are still in the house, and they will be out by 6pm and will leave the rest of the keys on the kitchen counter. However, when we went there at 6:30 pm. Sellers were still there!! They hadnt moved out!!So, we left and came back next day. The sellers had moved out, but they had trashed the house. I immediately informed my realtor about it. I sent him pictures and videos as well. He was still very unresponsive and said what do you want now aEUR" give me in writing. So, I told him that we want the house to be fixed by sellers. He contacted sellers agent and got back to us in 3 days saying that the sellers are not going to pay for anything. So, essentially, we are stuck with a trashed house with a horrible realtor who does not care about our interests. We spoke to a couple of lawyers on what we can do in this situation. They asked us dig into our paperwork and see if anything was held in escrow for such situations and if not first send the sellers a demand letter with all details and if they dont agree, file a complaint in the small claims court. They said that the realtor should help you with these steps as well. I investigated the full purchase agreement and found that nothing was help up in escrow! I contacted my realtor about it and sent him the demand letter with all details and he came back 1 week later saying that the sellers are not cooperating and will not pay for anything. So, a week later after gathering required documentation. I filed a complaint in the small claims court. I informed my realtor and closing agent as well about the hearing date, time and location. However, none of them showed up to the hearing. Sellers agent was present at the hearing and advocated the sellers well aEUR" she even said to our face aEUR" aEURoeYour agent does not care about your interests otherwise he will be hereaEUR? in the presence of the magistrate!! THEIR AGENT ALSO TOLD THE MAGISTRATE AND COURT ABOUT THE PROCEDURE WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN FOLLOWED BY OUR REALTOR TO PROTECT OUR INTERESTS!!!!Unfortunately, the small courts claim has not been decided in our favor and I will blame the irresponsible behavior and actions of our realtor as HE DID NOT CARE ABOUT OUR INTERESTS! Our realtor cost us at least $6k in damages, which we will never be able to recover from anyone.
We met Anna Lloyd at an open house. She was very knowledgeable and quick to get any information we asked for. We were impressed enough we decided to give The Young Team our listing. Anna, Josh, and the rest of the team did a great job.....got it sold, communicated well, and closed quickly.
I've toured a few homes with Anna, and have gone through the offer process 3-4 times now with Anna. Each time, Anna has been an amazing guide, offering detailed insight and expertise. The only one I would ever buy a home through.
We bought our new home, and sold our old one, through Jen Waters and the Young team. My husband hasn't had previous great experiences when working with realtors and was very hesitant and distrustful going into the process. Jen and the team made him reconsider this opinion! Communication was always on point, the expertise and advice we received during the buying and selling process from all team members was invaluable and the organization and detail of the wider team (Danielle and Lhen) made the process (almost) worry-free! No matter the question or concern, someone was always there to help. I would recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell a home, work with this team.
I worked with Jen on the sale of my home. We had multiple offers within 24 hours. Working with Jen and the Young team was a flawless process. Very easy and their service is excellent. Jen was always quick to respond and worked extremely hard to make the sale quick and easy. I would highly recommend Jen.
Jen helped me find a great home in a crazy market and within the quick turnaround I requested. Jen sent over many home options tailored to my asks within a few hours of talking with her. Jen was always available to ask questions throughout the entire process of searching, buying, and closing! She was always eager and willing to answer any and all of the questions I asked being a first time home buyer. Communication with her was excellent and she always quickly looped me into any relevant information in the process. She is very knowledgeable in certain things to look for in homes. I would highly recommend working with Jen for your home purchasing needs!
There are those times, albeit few and far between, that you feel great knowing you have someone in your corner. For the wife and I, that person was Bobby Heller. We just purchased a home in the Cleveland area and we were fortunate to have Bobby as our real estate professional. He is very intelligent about this profession, but not condescending in how he explains things. He is fiercely loyal in keeping to the parameters you need for your home (he never once told us we will have to compromise - despite our many home requirements). He does not quit...never did Bobby try to rush us off the phone or out of a showing. Most importantly, he is just a good guy....and you can't fake that part. While there are many realtors out there, many of whom may do an acceptable job fulfilling your realtor needs, I believe that there are only a few that are like Bobby. The man is patient, committed, professional, funny, and just easy to work with. He is an asset to his company. My wish for your home buying/selling needs is that Bobby is your realtor.
Easy to work with; friendly, helpful. He answered the many questions I had for buying my first condo. He knows the Lakewood and Cleveland area very well and will help you find what youre looking for.
