Tom is quite organized. He knows what he needs to get the property to sell well. He has contractors to do work on the property that he feels is needed. He offers a stager who is reasonably priced ($2000 for me) and excellent. My house had 3 contracts in eight days and sold 21 days later $20,000 above asking price. My house was the only similar place available at the time, in February.

Everything went swimmingly from the first conversation we had, to the sale of the condominium.
