I was very happy with Vlad. I felt he went above and beyond answering my million questions. I live in CT so was unable to do things in person but Vlad stepped up took care of things when I needed it. I trusted his opinion and experience in the market. I was shocked how hard and different it was buying a condo in Florida compared to buying houses in CT. Nothing was easy. We had so many hurdles that I remember being shocked Vlad was still answering my texts. It just felt like we were doomed and it was taking so long just to find a condo that would work (nothing to do with Vlad, it came down to the mortgage company having an issue with everything).
