ZillowVERIFIEDHer lack of knowledge moved me into chaos multiple times, at the time of inspection there was an issue with fan, and she took the responsibility to fix it and later she sent plumbers, painters to fix the fan who could not fix it and then she asked me share the price of fixing the fan, if she couldn't bear the expenses of fixing a fan why she had to take the responsibility, may be she was in a hurry to close the deal, and every time I talked to her around the issue she behaved like she is doing favor to me, and her aggressive behavior was not acceptable to me. I finally called her boss Tria and Joe who finally helped fix the issue. I give 5 star to Joe to and Tria.
