We previously worked with Jennifer when we purchased our new construction home. This time around, Jennifer was our listing agent for the home we had moved out of once our new home was built. My husband and I thought Jennifer did a great job during our home purchase transaction but we had no idea who she would become once she was our listing agent! I have never seen anyone more in their element than when Jennifer was listing our home. Not only did she have great recommendations on updates to make to the home prior to selling (made a HUGE difference), but the listing process was phenomenal. I understand people may think aEURoehouses are selling left and right, does an agent really matter?aEUR? and the answer is aEURoeABSOLUTELY.aEUR? Jennifer hired an amazing photographer who took beautiful photos of our little ranch style home and she virtually staged it to give buyers the best idea of what to do with that empty space. I do not believe we would have had the foot traffic or number of offers if it was just any normal agent. Once offers started coming in, she was able to talk to the front runners and get them to improve their terms. The market was still doing ok when we listed our home BUT it had taken a noticeable turn due to interest rates so I was pleasantly surprised we had as many offers as we did and the high number of showings when other homes in our neighborhood were just sitting on the market. We were so overwhelmed (in a good way) that we canceled Day 2 showings mid-day to accept one of the front runners offers from Day 1. I believe her recommendations, wonderful staging, and negotiating skills truly helped us close an amazing sale!

I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Jennifer Turberfield as our realtor. We honestly feel like we hit some kind of realtor jackpot.
