ZillowVERIFIEDShort: TJ listened to what I wanted, gave advice but never pushed me to make a decision that wasnt in line with my goals, had my best interest in mind especially when the other party attempted to leverage us into a bad position. I fully recommend TJ and wish I had him as my agent on past transactions. Longer: While selling my home, TJ said we could price it way above what other agents told me we could. I would have broken even with the other agents, at best. He hires a great photographer, markets it very well across multiple platforms, and in no time, we were under contract. The other party was having issues with their lender and they tried to put us into a position where they could pull out at any time with no repercussions, despite having extended the contract for them already. The other partys agent AND broker attempted to strong-arm us into that position, citing the contract. TJ knew the contract and the legal interpretation of the lines they were attempting to use, but he still reconfirmed with an attorney before advising me, to ensure I was comfortable. TJ gave me the options, the consequences, and we decided to push back. They conceded when they figured out that he wasnt going to be leveraged like an inexperienced agent may be. Not only did he shut that down, he negotiated MORE MONEY for me from the other party to compensate me for my time with the contract extensions!! I fully recommend TJ to anyone who wishes to have an agent with the fight you would expect from a veteran with his story.
