Our agent Michele Harlow and the Shannon Dozer Team did a fantastic job of staging and selling our home. Michele took us step by step through the process and made selling our home much easier than we had expected. She was always there for us when we had questions or problems. Dawn is a magician with the camera and her photographs and aerial views were unbelievable. Laura used her understanding of todays home buyer to develop the perfect marketing plan. This team effort resulted in 10 showing the first 4 days on the market and 2 offers over asking price on the 5th day. An amazing effort from true professionals.

SDG and Associates, particularly Karen Hill, provided excellent service and knowledge in the sale of my home. Karen provided exceptional knowledge of the local market, making perfect recommendations for sale price and strategy. SDG provided professional photography of the home rather than cell phone photos other realtors use, enhancing the listing and making it exceptionally professional.
