We spoke for a couple weeks prior to making the trip to house hunt in Texas. But the thing that sets him apart from most other realtors is his follow through after the closing. He could not have done more for me after the sale to help me acclimate in my new home, community and state. I have to tell you that if moving day had been a fish, I would have thrown it back. Enter Bradley to the rescue, he and an HVAC man showed up at my front door ready to fix what needed fixing. Had a great experience with Debra and her team selling my late mother's house in Wichita Falls. We spoke with Debra early in the process before we began renovation work, and she had some excellent tips on what we could do with the house and property to add value. She walked us through how she came up with a sales number and answered all our questions. Once the renovation was done, she was on point and quick to get a photographer on site to take great pictures of the house. We were no longer in town at that point, so she basically managed everything on the ground without us having to do anything. She and her team coordinated all the documentation and signatures online, which was super easy. We got a great set of bids early on, and Debra was vital in guiding us in which bid to accept (highest isn't always best!) and then coordinated with the seller's agent on conditions. Debra and her team handled most of the additional repairs the buyer requested, which ended up costing us less than if we had gotten our own contractor to do the work. Overall, great experience. Debra and her team were helpful and professional throughout.

Peggy started helping us at the beginning of the year when we were just starting to look at homes. We knew we probably wouldnt be moving right away, but she patiently worked with us, the us including my daughter and her boyfriend who did the actual walk throughs while we FaceTimed her, a virtual walk through from California.
