1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Let's get you in contact with one of our preferred lenders who we have vetted to ensure you know what to expect from the financing point of view and meet with one of our buyer specialists to understand what to expect from the beginning to end of this amazing journey!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Make sure you interview several Realtors to understand how they will be marketing your home. Your hard-earned equity is at stake and now is not the time to cut marketing costs in getting your home the exposure it deserves.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with clients from all walks of life in purchasing and selling anything from a single acre of land to numerous multi-million dollar commercial and residential properties.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently met a family who had a property in a gated community that had been on the market for two years. After their agreement with another agent expired, they listed with me. Within two weeks we had multiple offers on the property at the same list price and we closed smoothly without issue. Helping people in scenarios like this I find rewarding because it shows my marketing works!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was a server and was told by numerous people I had a hard work ethic and a great personality and that I should go into real estate. This was right before the great recession. Needless to say coming in and learning how to survive during those lean years has allowed me to develop a different set of skills than someone who has just recently started out in real estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I've closed over 750 transactions in my career so I'm pretty experienced.
