Mike and Tina were a fantastic team to work with. We are first time homebuyers with limited knowledge of how the process works, but they were quick to respond to any questions, patient while explaining, and very easy to work with. Because of Mikes extensive experience as a home inspector, we were able to put in a competitive offer that was accepted quickly. We are certain that having Mike and Tina on board was the difference between getting our offer accepted within 12 hours and having to compete with other offers. Mike and Tina were like having 2 realtors at once! The combined experience, knowledge, and communication really helped drive every aspect of the buying journey forward. They were very responsive, checked in constantly, and were able to answer a very large amount of questions that we had. Mike's previous experience as a home inspector was crucial in getting a feel for what major problems stood out when viewing properties. We always felt heard, never pressured, and that we could rely on their guidance.
