Nick is not the aEURoeguaranteed sales guyaEUR? unless you want to sell at a loss. He refuses to let me out of my contract even though there is no interest in my house. He said he would let me out of the contract by just asking. I asked and he refused. He just wants me to lower my price so that I lose money and he gets a nice commission. You can find someone better.
