Hello! My name is Daniel Padilla, Owner and Co-founder of The 719 PCS Team on the mission to assist you in buying or selling your home. Our team has not only lived the military life but truly knows and understands the Military PCS operation. As your Colorado Springs Military Relocation Professional (MRP(R)), I understand the Colorado Springs real estate market and will advocate for you as a skillful Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR(R)), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE(R)). With a background and experience as a data analyst, I am equipped to help you buy and sell your home. As a retiree of the United States Army, I truly understand our military community's unique housing needs. Technology is crucial in the real estate industry, and I am committed to applying the newest and most recent tools to serve you best. I am active in the Colorado Springs community. I currently serve as the Treasure for Honor and Remember Colorado Chapter. I have served as a member of WATCH D.O.G.S.(R) (Dads of Great Students) at District 11 and District 49 schools. Additionally, I have served as the Chapter Captain for Colorado Springs Team RWB (Red, White & Blue), an affiliated nonprofit organization that supports American Veterans. My family and I are Denver Broncos fans and enjoy watching football. We also find pleasure in the great outdoors. I am a proud father of six children, with one off to college. I value sharing information about schools, churches, hiking trails, running groups, and local breweries in Colorado Springs. I love real estate because of the continued growth of our community and the relationships created. My passion is helping buyers and sellers make excellent decisions and ultimately earn the most bang for their buck!
