Alex is an incredibly knowledgeable and excellent realtor. Even at the beginning of my research when I didnt know where or when to buy, he was very helpful and guided me in the right direction with his expertise in the area. Our move from SF to Austin, which will be a big step for me, was made easier as he provided me with valuable information about schools and everything else. Although we havent made a purchase yet, at least we have narrowed down the area, and we are still working on it. I am truly grateful for making everything so much easier for me and my baby, and for your wonderful choices and understanding. Thank you so much.

Absolute legend when it comes to the Austin housing market. Highly recommend to new homebuyers like myself who were unfamiliar with the entire process. Viewed houses multiple times the day-of sharing them with Alex, and promptly responded to all other requests.

Alex was more than helpful in finding me an home. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find me a great home that fit right in my price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. He?s Absolutely making house searching feel like a breeze!!?HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had Alex for a decently short period of time and quite frankly it was disappointing and misleading. He kept telling us that he did not want to waste our time and therefore did not want to show us houses that he believed were out of our price range. He told us that we should only look at houses that were around 1,500 sq ft at the price range max of $425k in Pflugerville. He sent us houses that were all smaller than what we wanted and not in great condition, including one he knew was in a flood zone (we were assured it was fine... but if you were here during the 2021 Texas Freeze, then you know that you never know what is going to happen). He also never managed to send us a single house that we liked. We sent him multiple houses and for two houses in particular, I feel he really messed up. For house A, we asked 3 times on 3 different days if we could see it. The house went on the market on a Thursday and was closing offers on Monday, and we asked on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for him to take us to see it. Eventually, we got fed up and found that we could book a visit online and within 11 minutes we were set and ready to go. How is it that he could not book a visit in 3 days and we did almost instantly? For house B, he basically told us to forget about it. He told us there was a cash offer of $500,000 ($150k over asking) and that there was no way we would get it and we shouldnt even bother going to check it out. Fast forward and I am seeing online that that house (2,200 sq ft) was sold for $400,000 which was well within budget! I would have LOVED this house and I am very upset that Alex told us to get the idea of a house over 2,000 sq ft out of our heads. We also took the sold data that can be found online and made a list of homes that were over 2,000 sq ft that were within budget or sold under asking and sent it to him. We asked what his thoughts were because it was looking like it was possible to achieve our goals over a house over 2,000 sq ft. He got mad at my boyfriend on the phone about us asking and kept repeating over and over that he was the expert and got such and such ratings and that he was good at his job. This was the point where my boyfriend was fed up because Alex could not give a good explanation for limiting us, and on top of that was angry over the phone which is extremely unprofessional. This was our first home buying experience and I feel like we were absolutely screwed over by Alexs knowledge of the market and cocky attitude. I dont understand why you would tell a client no so adamantly to looking at a house. I am extremely angry and I would 0/10 recommend him. **I also posted this review on Alex?s Facebook page and he blocked me, so I believe that is why he only has 5 star ratings**
